SHERMIN Module from Davessa EHS Suite

MINIMIZING EH&S RISK:
  • The second tool in the Davessa EHS Suite, SHERMIN is cloud based, has no software to download and maintain, and is accessible wherever you have internet access.
  • SHERMIN presents a facility Risk Minimization Team with step by step hazard minimization guides associated with each risk identified to be present at the site. The guides are based on best known practices and have been prepared by experts in the field. The guides are presented in plain language so that you don’t have to be an expert to use them.
  • If hazard control measures are in place, SHERMIN accepts an upload of the controls, and stores them in its database. Your key information is now available to all who need it, when they need it.
  • As part of the process, if the hazard minimization guides indicates that there are improvements to be made, SHERMIN creates an ACTION ITEM that defines what steps need to be taken.
  • As ACTION ITEMS are completed and implemented, they are updated in the SHERMIN database and document your efforts to control the hazard under study.
  • Using the latest communications technology, SHERMIN gives instant access to experts who can help answer questions and solve problems (the first four hours are built into the price of SHERMIN).
  • SHERMIN's state-of-art reporting system gives users instant access to programs, training records, inventory items, and action item completion information.
  • Once all applicable Hazard Minimization Guides have been completed, the facility can be assured that it is doing its very best in controlling risks at the site.
  • As SHERMIN is in the cloud, its data base contains all the individual programs (programs documentation that is usually in many different places and on any of several different platforms) into one comprehensive, EH&S library easily accessible to anyone who has been given access credentials.
